Kazmatics Technologies is a software studio founded in 2026 in Lagos, Nigeria. We design, build, and ship digital products — for clients who hire us, and for problems we think are worth solving ourselves.

We don't subcontract, don't outsource the thinking, and don't disappear after the kickoff call.
Every engagement runs with a senior team end-to-end. We ship in fintech, hospitality, commerce, legal, and education. We work with founders, growing companies, and the occasional ambitious government agency.

One senior team, end to end.
We don't sub-contract the work or the thinking. The people you brief are the people who ship. No bait-and-switch from senior pitch to junior delivery.

Production over slides.
Roadmaps without code don't survive contact with users. We get to a working surface fast, then iterate against the real thing — yours, not a Figma frame.

Built to be inherited.
We write the code, the docs, and the runbooks so the team that comes after us can read them. No black boxes when we hand over. Your software, not our hostage.

Honest about scope.
If we can't ship it well in the time and budget you have, we'll say so before you sign. Saves both of us a painful kick-off retrospective.

Founder & Principal Engineer
Kazmatics is led by Kazeem Amuzat — the engineer behind most of the work in our portfolio. Before starting the studio, he built and shipped software across Nigerian fintech, hospitality, and commerce — for founders, growing companies, and a US-based fintech operating out of California.
The studio is small by design. Every engagement runs with senior hands from kickoff to handover — not a senior pitch followed by a junior delivery. When we're not on a client's code, we're building SaaS products of our own: CourtAI for solo legal practices, SchoolSync for independent primary and secondary schools.

We're vertical-flexible because the engineering rigour transfers. What changes between a fintech ledger and a school management app is the domain vocabulary; the way you build software that actually works doesn't.

Rooted in Lagos and Abuja.
Working with clients worldwide.
Being based in West Africa means we build with West-African realities in mind: variable connectivity, mixed payment rails, multi-currency revenue, and customers who'll forgive a lot but won't forgive software that doesn't work. It's a useful constraint. Software that ships well here ships well anywhere.
We currently ship for clients across Nigeria and the United States, and we'll go where the work is interesting.
